The first consultation for an adult may take two to four hours. This can be done in person or by phone anywhere in the world. At the end of this session Dr. Altmiller, Board Certified Homeopath and Doctor of Pharmacy, will determine the best remedy for your initial dose. You will receive the first remedy at this time. The second interview will usually take place 3-4 weeks later.
Subsequent sessions will typically last 20 to 30 minutes but could take up to an hour with fees varying according to time after the first remedy is given. The individual's progress and personal choice do aid in determining how often appointments are scheduled. Ultimately, the aim is for you to gradually get better and better, month-to-month. On your journey to health our goal is for your vital force to sustain health and remedy assistance is no longer needed.

I do have phone-in appointments for those who find it difficult to come to the office. We have a large number of clients that communicate by phone due to distance. Dr. Altmiller’s clients are all over the USA, Europe, and India. Distance is not a problem for those seeking care, we are available.
Questions from existing clients by phone, apart from appointment time, will typically be returned the same day they are placed to the office. If we are not available leave a short message and a daytime telephone number with our exchange and we will receive the message the next business day. I will endeavor to return all calls the next working day. Please note that calls left on Friday may not be answered until Monday. There is no charge for questions and information during ongoing treatment. Fees are charged only when a remedy is dispensed.

| Homeopathic treatment is private and payment is required at each consultation. We will be happy to provide you with any documentation needed to assist in receiving reimbursement from third party sources.
Over the counter products and physical remedies are payable just as appointments are. We accept cash, personal checks, Master Card, and Visa.

| Remedies are included with the fees but there will be an additional charge for any creams or tinctures or low dose remedies that may be required. Phone consultation remedy doses will be sent regular first class mail. Any other arrangements for delivery can be made at the time of the
appointment and may be subject to an additional charge. |
