Dr. Bill Altmiller, CEO, Pharm D, RPH, FACAVP, FACA, DNBHE
Bill was born into a family of pharmacists. His father Bill Sr. and sister Terry practice at our retail location here in Bakersfield. Bill works at our Compounding and Consulting Center with his brother Chris and assistants Wilma and Carola. Bill earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from University of the Pacific Pharmacy School, and has been a registered pharmacist since the age of 21. He has worked in many areas of pharmacy, has been Pharmacist of the Year for Kern County, and is a member in many health organizations. 
He purchased a local retail drug store in 1978, Your Drug Store Inc. and continued in his family's business. Over the next few years he developed, In-Home Health Solutions Pharmacy Inc., the second oldest IV Company in Kern County, which also grew into a Home Health Agency. He closed the Home Health Agency as the need for it declined, and shifted from being an Administrator for a Home Health Agency, to engaging in research in various medical subjects. These included Endocrinology, Cosmetics, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Natural Medicine, and Homeopathy. Research in these areas led to the development of new innovative compounding formulas with a focus in hormones, pain management, anti-aging, and homeopathy. He is a full Fellow in three prestigious organizations, The International Academy of Compounding Pharmacist, American College of Apothecaries, and the American College of Apothecaries Veterinary Pharmacists. These top organizations allow access to the best leaders in these fields for discussion. 
Bill completed Homeopathic training at the International College of Homeopathy, a division of Texas Chiropractic College, and is a Board Certified Homeopath by the National Board of Homeopathic Examiners. He has also completed accredited homeopathic classes with the British Institute of Homeopathy and with the American University of Complementary Medicine in Los Angeles. Bill is also specialty certified in the fields of Women's Health and Pain Management. He has become a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine with advanced training in clinical nutrition, neutraceuticals, glandular medicine, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, flower essences, homotoxicology, endocrinology, and biofeedback. His goal is to bring multiple disciplines together to create successful client outcomes of Health and Wellness. He is available for homeopathic, nutritional, hormonal, and wellness consultations.
